Customers may request a return or refund within 7 calendar days from the date of receiving the item. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment

If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
